YourCloudServer (“YCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you visit our websites, use our services, or interact with us.

- We do not sell personal information.
- We use reputable service providers (subprocessors) under contractual protections.
- You can contact us to access, correct, or delete information (subject to legal limits).
By using our services or accessing any YCS website, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
When you submit a support ticket or otherwise request assistance through YCS, you acknowledge that we will process the information you provide (including attachments) to (a) verify your identity and account, (b) diagnose and resolve the issue, (c) communicate with you, and (d) maintain records for operational, security, billing, and compliance purposes. If your request is billable under our Terms and Conditions or a separate written agreement, we may also process billing-related information necessary to invoice and collect payment.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: (1) information you provide, (2) information collected automatically when you use our websites/services, and (3) information from service providers used to operate our services.
- Name, email address, phone number
- Company or organization name
- Support requests, communications, and related attachments
- Account credentials and authentication-related details (as applicable)
- Billing details needed to invoice/collect payment (as applicable)
- IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and approximate location (derived from IP)
- Usage data such as pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps
- Operational logs related to sign-in events and system interactions
Support tickets and attachments. If you submit a ticket, we collect the content you provide (for example: problem description, system details, logs, screenshots, files, and other attachments). Do not include sensitive personal information in a ticket unless it is necessary for your request.
Customer content. When you use managed IT or other services, you may provide or make available business data (including client data) to us for the purpose of delivering services. We process that data only as permitted by our agreements and your instructions.

We do not sell your personal information.
Billing and collections. If you request support that is billable, we may use your information to create quotes/estimates, track time and costs, issue invoices, process payments, and pursue reasonable collection efforts for past-due amounts, consistent with applicable law and any separate agreement you have with YCS.
Legal bases (where applicable). Depending on your location, our processing may be based on consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and/or legitimate interests (such as securing and improving our services).
4. Data Sharing
We share information only with (a) trusted service providers who help us operate, (b) when legally required, or (c) as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. Providers are required to protect your data under contract and to use it only for providing services to YCS.
Examples include hosting, storage, email delivery, analytics, payment processors, support tooling, identity providers, and monitoring/security services.
Payment processing. If you pay YCS, your payment information may be processed by a third-party payment processor. YCS does not intentionally store full payment card details, except as provided by the processor (for example, last four digits and tokenized references), where available.
Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from YourCloudServer from 561-822-6220 regarding account notifications, customer care, and service/delivery updates. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, protect users, or prevent fraud/security threats.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS)

- Backups and recovery practices appropriate to the services provided
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and limiting who can access your account.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
Ticket and billing records. We may retain support tickets, communications, and invoices for operational continuity, account history, security auditing, and legal/compliance purposes, even after a ticket is closed.
Retention varies by context. Retention periods may depend on your contract, the type of service provided, and applicable legal requirements.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
- Access: request a copy of certain information we hold about you
- Correction: request updates to inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion: request deletion in certain circumstances
- Marketing choices: opt out of promotional communications (where applicable)
For security and fraud prevention, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests. Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law (for example, billing records).
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
YCS may link to third-party services or enable integrations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
If you enable an integration, data may be shared with that third party at your direction. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.

If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
